Nursery- 6 weeks to 2 and half years In-Person

• A completed enrollment packet and contract, provided by NDCA

• A completed up to date immunization record signed by the doctor 

• A copy of the child's original birth certificate

• Custody papers, if applicable

• The $135.00 registration fee

Alpha Class- K2 to K4 In-Person

​

• A completed enrollment packet and contract, provided by NDCA

• A completed up to date immunization record signed by the doctor 

• A copy of the child's original birth certificate

• Custody papers, if applicable

• The $135.00 registration fee, if after February

• The book fee (will be provided during tour)

 

Omega Class- Kindergarten to Fourth Grade In-Person & Virtual Learning

• A completed enrollment packet and contract, provided by NDCA

• A completed up to date immunization record signed by the doctor 

• A copy of the child's original birth certificate

• Custody papers, if applicable

• Signed permission to release records form (provided by the previous school)

• The $135.00 registration fee, if after February

• The book fee (will be provided during tour)
